“When I bought these framed pictures, the installation was not explained online. The assembling was confusing and challenging, to say the least. The canvas material was very thin and flimsy. I would consider other companies before choosing Elphant Stock again.”

“Hi, I purchased a world map with pins. I had to send it back because your map shows inaccurate Coloring very dark Paraguay, a section or Argentina connected to Paraguay and Uruguay all in the same dark color. This is confusing since there’s no reason lo color Argentina in 2 different colors. It all look like one country instead of 3. If your business is to sell maps, please send clear maps. Not confusing and innacurate. I returned the first one and purchased a different one that shows the three countries correctly. I sent a photo of this when I was requesting return.”

“The framed art was not secured to the backing and the small prongs were sticking up I had to take the art work apart the push down the prongs! I would say someone didn’t secure it properly and didn’t check it before it was sent out!”
