“I was disappointed that the abstract piano canvas was a very dull red orange rather than a red vibrant as was illistrated in the photo. Not worth the money”

“The canvas I chose is very blurry. When I had guest I this weekend they asked me if it was fuzzy. As in texture.”

“When I ordered my canvas I had accidentally ordered three pictures to make one instead of just one full picture. When I noticed my mistake customer service was quick to change my order and was very friendly. When I receive my order the box looks great the wrapping around the picture seemed very secure, when I took the packaging off I noticed that the frame was not connected together the lower left corner was not attached correctly leaving a big gap. Because nothing else looked damage it seemed like this was the way they had just made it. The picture is pretty but the quality of the frame was very disappointing.”

“I've ordered from Elephant Stock twice. The pictures themselves look really good and are well framed. However, the company's fulfillment process is terrible! On both occasions, I've waited well beyond the 3-4 business days they say are required to fulfill the order and send me a tracking number. Both times, I did not receive anything until I contacted them to say that my order had not been fulfilled and shipped for delivery, and that I had not received any tracking number. This is definitely not a one-time glitch because it happened to me twice in a row within a period of one month, so something is fundamentally wrong with the company's fulfillment/shipping process.”

“I had a great time uploading my photo and was really excited to get my print. A little sad that much of the detail in the original photo was lost when printed & the colors don't look as sharp. Maybe it's just me being too picky. I've uploaded the original & the print with this review. Hope it helps!”

“Very expensive for the very small pieces. I can shop off retail in person for savings of appr 1 $10 to $15 less. Also online too with free delivery. Disappointed with small pieces. Not good value”

“We did not end up liking the painting that we bought. The print quality didn't seem great in-person compared to the photos on the website. We were able to return it for a full refund, so we are satisfied with their after-sales service.”

“Large volume to choose from. Easy to use website. Relatively quick shipping. Print was much cheaper quality than I expected and looks much more cartoonish than on the website. May send it back, haven’t yet decided.”

“The art is VERY good. However, I paid extra for expedited shipping - $30 extra. My item was not shipped out within one business day. The confirmation email made it clear the item would be shipped out within one day. To other buyers, I would not pay the extra money. Your item will ship within 4-5 days regardless “ I ordered early Wednesday and received the next Tuesday”

“Somewhat misleading, ordered a custom print and was looking for 3 large panels to hang over my couch, so I selected 45x28 what I believed to be panels, they show what your print will look like over a full size couch (or so I thought). My assumption was they include furniture in their online photos for scale as most online retailers do, this would allow customers to see if the print they are ordering is too large or small and adjust accordingly. What I received was of course 1/3 the size of what I thought I was getting. You have to click a little button that says Size Info if you want to truly see what you are ordering”

“I saw the same size canvas prints available at a local craft store today for much much cheaper. Will be purchasing from them now on. I could of purchased multiple prints from them to the cost of this one.”

“It would be good if I could get a label to print for a return. I just got an address with no further instructions, like how will they know my return is from me, unless I include a note or print out of my own of my receipt with 'return' written on it?”
