“The piece is ok but not great, as I expected. There is actually no red coloration, it is a deep maroon more closely brown than red and there are skipped color spots in various places, so workmanship is subpar but acceptable. The piece is not vibrant as I wanted, but it is hung and I will get used to the beautiful design in muted colors.”

“It’s a little darker on my walk than what I saw advertised. Also I should have gotten it bigger or perhaps the same size but framed . Over all it’s “okay” . If I could return for the next size I would pay the difference.Thank you.”

“Not 100% happy with it..one of the pictures does not line up like its suppose to.. the hooks on the back are crooked and are hanging at different heights so really have to adjust measurements to get it all even..the 4th panel over does not line up the way it should..”

“I had 2 canvas prints made from my photos. I’m very pleased with one. And based on that one is why I’m giving them 3 stars. The other did not turn out at all. It’s so faint. I wish they had contacted me when they processed it and saw how faint the image was before completing the order. I would have chosen another photo.”

“First order with ElephantStock and unfortunately what I received does not compare well to what was represented on the screen. Don't take this 3 star review to mean I don't like ElephantStock; it's mainly a review of the actual artwork I purchased. If the issue can't be fixed, I'll send it back and choose something else. On the site, the photo "popped" with bright colors and high dynamics, but the actual artwork is flat, washed-out and blah... I chose this particular artwork because of the colors and actually looked at it on my Mac computerscreen, iPhone and iPad. I realize that computer and LCD screens represent colors differently but I'm not talking about color per se. I'm talking about what's called "color dynamics", the ratio between brights and darks, between opposing colors of the spectrum, saturation of the colors etc. This artwork is simply flat and washed out, with much lower dynamics than is represented on the site. It's like the ink was getting low in the printer. I contacted ElephantStock customer support right away (through FB Messenger) and they had me take a close-up (frame-filling) picture of the artwork. They'll have someone get back to me regarding a solution. Later I also realized that the picture is actually relatively low resolution. I ordered the largest size print (68" tall) and know that pixels tend to get blurry when blown up, but not THIS blurry. It looks like the actual picture was made with a consumer-grade digital camera (or even iPhone?) and not with professional gear. I'll ask them about that when they get back to me. Impressed with the way they've handled the issue so far. Hope they can make it better, because the composition of the picture is superb (apart from a road with cars that's visible in the background and which I initially did not notice on the site) Quality of the materials (the canvas and the frame) is very good and sturdy and shipping/packing was sufficient. The canvas was stretched tightly and straight - no complaints there.”

“Shipping was prompt and I was informed continuously during shipping. Thank you! However, I was a little disappointed in the art it self. Where I understand it is an extremely large blowup of a photo, the quality of the photo wasn’t quite as good as I expected. Way more distorted and blurry then showed online when ordered. It is a gift and I struggled between yours and another and ended up with yours because yours was a bigger business.”

“Got it with a Black Friday deal and it gets 3 stars because the price was good. I have a 3 panel piece with each panel supposed to be the same size. The middle panel is slightly smaller than the other two about 1/8 inch smaller in length. Walking through my house you probably wouldn’t notice, but I do. I feel like they are never exactly straight if the tops are lined up the bottoms can’t be because of the difference in length.”

“Really like the pic I ordered but the right panel ( 1 of 3) had a slightly bowed frame on the left side. This prevented me placing the frames immediately adjacent to each other. I left a small gap between the frames and like that look ok. Just wanted to let you know. It was easily noticeable when I opened the shipping box.”
