“My order arrived today and I am so excited to put it on the wall, but then suddenly I was so disappointed because I ordered 55x24 size, but when I put them on the wall the size is 50x24 no matter what I do that’s the measurement I get. I just hope you guys are truthful with your size info so people wont expect and can be more wiser to choose size. Every inch matter!!!”

“I was really looking forward to having a sunset photo taken by my brother, enlarged and printed on canvas. The preview sent was perfect. However, the canvas is very dark. You can’t even make out the water. If it was just like the preview, I would be very happy instead of very disappointed.”

“This was my first purchase with ElephantStock. I ordered two pictures. The delivery was delayed, but I give grace to that as there was so much weather around our country affecting deliveries. The 3-star review is because I tracked the artwork which took only 1 day to travel from Texas to California, but then monitored the tracking and noticed the artwork traveled for 3 days, and for all 3 days within 15 - 20 minutes of the final delivery location, but not delivered on any of those days. I called ElephantStock on day 3 to inquire about it, they called the truck, and my artwork was finally delivered to its destination on the 4th day. Not sure what happened here, but I would consider ordering again from them. Just want to be transparent and forthcoming in the review.”

“I really loved some of the products and photography on this site and was very excited to receive my purchase. But unfortunately upon arrival, the quality just wasn’t what I wanted it to be, and didn’t resemble the picture in the lines of clarity and color. I understand there is some difference when looking on a computer screen, but this is a significant difference.”
