“The art is beautiful! I'm very happy with the canvas I got! It just took a really long time, and there was no updates. I had to email twice, then suddenly it wad being shipped.”

“Almost all of the photographs were beautifully done. One is unusable because it's too dark. I'm hoping to reorder it if there is a possibility it will turn out well. Several of the prints were much larger than expected according to listed sizes but I was able to use them. I will update my review if they help fix the darkened print.”

“Due to the pandemic, the amount of orders they received and the manpower the company had at the time, my order took longer than the estimated ship time when I placed the order - which was upsetting. After multiple emails and calls later, not only did my order ship but I was refunded part of my money for the inconvenience.”

“Although the shipping was delayed due to COVID-19, I was a bit disappointed when I finally received my order. Not because of the delayed shipping but I was expecting better quality canvas prints. I feel that I overpaid for what I got.”

“Well do you want to truth or not....I had to threaten to call everyday hour on the hour before elephant art releases my shipment. I waited for over 6 weeks for a response via email.”

“After placing my order, I received an email letting me know that the product would be shipped within 4 business days, and I would receive another email when the product shipped. Five business days passed and I received no follow up. I emailed support and got an automated reply that I would receive a follow up within 3 business days. I waited three more days and heard nothing so next I contacted them via the customer chat. That time, I was able to reach someone who let me know my order would be shipped the next business day. This all occurred during May of 2020 so I do make allowances for COVID. The reason for my three stars was that after the wait, I was somewhat disappointed with the product when it arrived. The color did not match the online photo.”

“I give it 3 stars because it a cool picture, but a piece of printed canvas stretched over a pine frame for $255 not cool. I had 5 pics in mind to buy, but decided to try 1 first . Now I have to rethink my purchases.”

“When my wall art arrived, I was alittle disappointed in the quality of it. On the website the colors seem so vibrant and bright. However, when I opened the box I did not see the same bright colors on the canvas that I ordered. I still hung it up, and it looks good, just would have been better if it was like the website's model.”

“The reason I didn't give a very good rating is due to the fact that when I received my canvas the frame was chipped in the corner. I had to color it in with a sharpie. Also the canvas had a small piece of paint missing and the wood that goes in the back of the frame was broken in the middle. So I was a bit disappointed because it wasn't cheap but I didn't want to go through the hassle of having to return it. Other than that very beautiful quality.”

“it's ok i wish that when they put a special out that they put the actual size of the frame because the picture i got they are really small and I thought that it was like a middle size frame of the picture.. but other then that the picture are nice”

“It was ok, the actual print was kinda poor quality. Could see colors running through the others. For what I need it works ok. The distance in the video covers up some of the flaws but I don’t know I would buy again unless I knew for sure the print would be higher quality or if there was an issue they would contact me before shipping.”
