This was my first purchase with ElephantStock. I ordered two pictures. The delivery was delayed, but I give grace to that as there was so much weather around our country affecting deliveries. The 3-star review is because I tracked the artwork which took only 1 day to travel from Texas to California, but then monitored the tracking and noticed the artwork traveled for 3 days, and for all 3 days within 15 - 20 minutes of the final delivery location, but not delivered on any of those days. I called ElephantStock on day 3 to inquire about it, they called the truck, and my artwork was finally delivered to its destination on the 4th day. Not sure what happened here, but I would consider ordering again from them. Just want to be transparent and forthcoming in the review.
