I've ordered from Elephant Stock twice. The pictures themselves look really good and are well framed. However, the company's fulfillment process is terrible! On both occasions, I've waited well beyond the 3-4 business days they say are required to fulfill the order and send me a tracking number. Both times, I did not receive anything until I contacted them to say that my order had not been fulfilled and shipped for delivery, and that I had not received any tracking number. This is definitely not a one-time glitch because it happened to me twice in a row within a period of one month, so something is fundamentally wrong with the company's fulfillment/shipping process.
