When I ordered my canvas I had accidentally ordered three pictures to make one instead of just one full picture. When I noticed my mistake customer service was quick to change my order and was very friendly. When I receive my order the box looks great the wrapping around the picture seemed very secure, when I took the packaging off I noticed that the frame was not connected together the lower left corner was not attached correctly leaving a big gap. Because nothing else looked damage it seemed like this was the way they had just made it. The picture is pretty but the quality of the frame was very disappointing.
