Communication was great. I received my order within about a week. The only problem is that I purchased a 5 piece canvas wall art. All pieces were packed well and received without damage. However, in hanging the pieces right next to each other, they don't line up. Two of the pieces were slightly off. So this should look like one big photo/painting but since 2 of the pieces don't really line up exactly it is not as sharp of an image as I hoped for. It may be that some of the pieces were not pulled as tightly as they should have been, not sure.
