“Definitely didn’t arrive in the 4-6 business days as stated! Arrived after Christmas!! Frame was chipped and print wasn’t secure in the frame. It’s a beautiful print but other than that I’m not impressed!”

“I forgot to put the coupon code on so I tried calling and emailing but never got a response. Later I noticed a credit on my account for the coupon. I never could communicate with anyone. I was unsure when I would receive the art. It was slow coming so I didn’t get it in time for Christmas and it was supposed to be a gift.”

“I ordered this christmas gift on 12/9. It was quite delayed, and it was impossible to connect with a real human about teh timing and even the tracking number. The chat bots made factual errors (explaining the delay by claiming I'd ordered later than I had) and when I called teh customer service line, I got disconnected rather than getting a call back or even waiting (its the holidays, I get it but don't cut people off). The gift was delivered on 12.29 and the recipient likes it, but wow, was it a struggle to get accurate information througout the process. I won't be a returning customer, unfortunately.”
