“We are relatively happy with our purchase; however, it didn't get assembled without issues. We followed instructions explicitly and one corner kept giving us trouble with a nagging ripple. It just wouldn't lie flat and tight. We contacted customer service for help and were told to pull it all out of the frame and redo the install. It still didn't lay flat and tight. We ended up stuffing a piece of fabric into the corner as best as we could. It still wasn't perfect, but we are living with it. Also, we were expecting the colors to be more vibrant. Maybe it is the rainy weather we've been having. Hoping on a sunny day we see the colors pop more?? We are also so used to having a framed piece of art on the wall - this isn't really framed, so we are still getting used to the "look".”

“It was difficult to put the frame together with the wrong parts that came with the canvas. Every effort I made to get the correct parts I ended up with AI & it was a constant repeat with no action.”

“Unfortunately, I have ordered twice from this company. Both items were damaged, the forest picture was not terrible, it was the edge of the frame, once hung I don’t think it will be noticed. Customer service was great in responding right away and I was happy with the 30% discount they gave to keep it rather than return. I feel the quality was okay. The sedan picture I received was terribly damaged with the plexiglass cracked in multiple places. This revealed that the picture is really just a poster, no mat as I thought by looking at the picture online. The frame was extremely cheap, I will be returning and asking for a full refund and will not be ordering from this company again. The pictures I have ordered from wayfair and Amazon are of much greater quality and lower in price. Just not with the price.”

“Color is extremely off. Much darker and is missing a lot of the contract if the original painting. It’s nice enough, and if you don’t know your Waterhouse, You’d think it was a pretty picture. But a passable reproduction of a Waterhouse painting? Not at all. The frame is solid.”
