“We received the picture we wanted but for $400 it should be pretty close to perfect. The picture was packaged with extra padding on the top two corners of the frame but not on the bottom two and the frame was damaged. I submitted a request along with pictures twice but have not heard back from customer service. This is extremely frustrating and very disappointing,”

“My prints arrived and I was shocked. All of the colors are very faint, almost as if the printer had run out of ink! The blues in particular are almost white. Greatly disappointed.”

“We purchased a picture for our living room area and the process was very easy. You offer a wide range of choices and we were very happy with our selection. When we opened the box one of the panels.had brush marks on the upper right area. My wife contacted customer service to report this unusual defect. She was told that they can exchange the one panel or provide a 20% discount. The represntative, Trisha was extremely helpful in offering a solution and we accepted the discounted price. The customer service was excellent. The picture is now on display in our home, looking great.. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!”

“The canvas art arrived 6 days after ordering, well protected for shipping. It looked exactly as pictured online. I was pleased with the high quality of the canvas and frame and I appreciated that that picture hanger was already attached. All I had to do was put a nail in the wall. It's such a cute Halloween scene. I love it!”

“The items description said that it was ready to hang custom stretched canvas wall art. The item came anything but ready to hang. It was not stretched canvas. It was some sort of polyester material. And it was nothing more than printed on this piece of fabric that I had to assemble. For $500 I absolutely don’t think so. The image also made it appear that there was depth and dimension in the piece, which there was none it was just flat printed. Sent back.”

“I have purchased 3 framed art prints of Independent Blooms Blue IV by Shirley Novak and recently purchased the second and third print versions of the Blooms Blue for my home and new 5th Wheel RV we recently purchased. Elephant Stock has great prices and great discounts. The quality of the prints and frames are outstanding and have purchased 16 art prints from Elephant Stock to date. “excellent painting, reminding me of my trip to Dubrovnik while on my honeymoon many many years ago. Very bright, impressive painting. Brings back very special memories. The frame is nice, a simple gold trim.”
