“I love my this painting. And the option to have a framed canvase in gray is a perfect choice for the space. My daughter and I recently visted Monet's garden in France. She is artist. So this is a very special piece. I'm glad you could help me bring it life.”

“I was not happy with the color of the artwork when we received it. It does not match our decor and we would like to return it.”

“I am disappointed with my picture.. For $500. I thought I’d get a painting. This appears to be a computerized Chinese print.. it is very cheap looking. The hanging clips are too high. A wire would be easier for hanging.”

“Love, Love, Love! I ordered this large framed picture for my dining room. Although I have not seen it in place yet, because we are still under construction, I appreciate the quality of the piece along with the price and speed of delivery.”

“Hello Staff, Order Number 803917 was incorrectly personalized by Elephant Stock. There are two personalized fields: name and date. The NAME (Leslie’s) is correct. The DATE seems to have been left at the company default of 1998; the correct date is 1955, as was documented in the original order. Although Elephant’s stated policy is no return/refund for personalized items, I would like a credit of some kind to resolve this matter. This is my fifth attempt at contacting customer support to address this matter. I’ve gotten either no response from a written account, or hung up on twice through telephone support. Frustrating, especially since I am a big fan of your product.”

“Prints arrived damaged, and they 'have to review' if they will refund/ replace. They need to stand by their product! Stay far, far away!”
