“The prints I ordered took nearly three weeks to receive. The box came opened, and has been re-taped in transit. Both print has their outer backing paper torn. One had a scratch on the frame, I am very disappointed. This cost me $440. Never again.”

“The canvas my grandson was truely loved with his mother calling it quality. The only issue we had was the "ordering in time for Christmas" advertising. Ordered 12/11/25 and the canvas was received 12/29/25, days after Christmas.”

“While the response to my delivery issues was very nice, it wasn't helpful at all. The shipping took waaay longer than stated when I ordered. Then I was told it would ship via FedEx or Amazon. Well, Amazon farmed it out to USPS. I knew I was doomed. Sure enough, they left the package at the central mailbox location, where, luckily, it wasn't stolen. Luckily a neighbor was able to run out and grab the package. Now, the item is lovely. My daughter and her boyfriend love it.”

“We are happy with the Art. But, in a time where shipping expectations are much higher, we were very disappointed with how long it took to receive the art. We ordered it sometime the first week of December and didn't expect it would take almost 3 weeks to arrive. In fact, it was a Christmas Gift and arrived on 12/24. That was too close and we probably would have ordered from Amazon instead.”

“I ordered a Christmas print in a floating frame on the 9th of December. Not only did our picture not ship within the promised 4-day window-- it didn't even arrive until the week after Christmas, the 29th. In this time I was able to order the SAME print from wayfair and have it delivered next day. I raised my concerns to a manager by the name of Trisha 8 days after the picture was supposed to have shipped. She could neither speed up it's delivery nor explain why a floating (no glass) print was so delayed other than to say twas a Christmas bummer. Needless to say, we will NEVER ORDER FROM ELEPHANT STOCK again. Go to Icanvas or even wayfair and frame it yourself.”

“I thought the variety and selection of paintings was great. I thought the price I paid was very reasonable. My only only problem is I'm not sure what a real price is. I think they play shell games. Basically I don't know what a everyday price would be.”
