“Personalized Push pin map, ordered 12/10, was guaranteed to arrive before Christmas, and it did not arrive until December 29th which was too late for a Christmas gift. I had to run out on Christmas Eve to get something else. Repeated attempts to contact Elephant Stock customer support was very frustrating. If they were running behind, they should have upgraded the shipping method to “guarantee” their delivery date. No tracking number was provided, clicking on tracking link just went to a page that said “on the way”. The product is nice, but don’t be in a rush or believe any shipping guarantee.”

“Too long of a wait to get the product. There was not accurate communication. The responses from AI was not helpful and didn’t tell me anymore then what I could see on line. I was very disappointed in the communication. The delivery was late.”

“Was afraid this wouldn't make it in time for Christmas, even though I ordered 12/5. Contact customer service because I hadn't received tracking information by 12/20 and let them know this was a gift. I understand each piece is made to order and they finished and got it out asap. Received 2 day before Christmas and it was fabulous. My brother and sister-in-law loved it. Great quality, very satisfied.”
