My canvas is perfect and looks as described. I wasn’t that impressed with customer service however. I received an email that my order had shipped without a tracking number. When I called for it I was told my order hadn’t shipped and that emails randomly go out that are incorrect and I must have come across one. What business says that in this day and age? This should be priority for their IT department. When I received another email that it shipped I wasn’t sure if it was real and just figured I’d receive it sooner or later which is unfortunate.
