I enjoyed the entire process of getting my extra large prints, but after we hung them up we noticed two big pressure bumps ( from inside out ) in the bottom of one of the frames. I didn't want to have to send them back so thought I could learn to live with them. They annoy me occasionally but I'm happy enough with the rest of it that it'll work for now,
