I ordered two large framed prints. I like the prints, but the delivery quality did not meet my expectations and certainly were not commensurate with the charged price - even at a big discount. One print arrived with the backing clips showing on top of the front of the print which I had to disassemble and reassemble to fix. The other print didn't have that issue, but has a chip on the exterior of the frame. I would have sent back, but I suspect most people are like me and don't want the hassle of having to do so.
