I ordered the prints online, and I wanted the prints to deliver on a later date. So I purposely
chose to chat online to place the order, and have a personal communication, that the later delivery date would not be a problem. When I got back in town, and looked for the delivery tracking, I was told that the delivery was delayed, and they could not say why. This was dissappointing since we needed the prints to finish our guest room for some out of town guests.
