Great overall experience. Shipping was coordinated to facilitate some travel on our part. Art arrived on schedule and instructions for putting the frame together were easy to follow. However, they lost a star because the instructions are inadequate in describing how to attach the art to the frame. In this instance where the art is a rolled up cloth material, simply adding that the art should be face up when inserting into the channels would have been very helpful.
