I had a delivery 6 days ago of a framed print. Part of the print was wrinkled. I sent photos and requested an exchange. I heard back from ElephantStock in 24 hours, stating that someone would email me about the problem. I still have not heard anything. I asked again 2 days ago, what the status of the exchange was, and was told again to wait for an email.
I have never worked with a company that does not find a resolution within 24 hours. I am still waiting.
