The canvas was great. It was explained that I would not to assemble the frame and install the canvas. I manage it well, but the instructions did not match the hardware. I contacted customer service and was told that they shipped the wrong mounting brackets. (In April) I followed up again last week and was told I have the correct brackets. I requested correct instructions last Tuesday and I still don’t have them. The beautiful artwork has not been hung. I am extremely disappointed!
