We purchased three portraits by John Singer Sargent. We also purchsed 2 from Famous Art. The quality of their products was better. There were no broken supports on their portraits. They came with a wire hanger, yours did not. I think that both portraits did a good job on the subjects face but the clothing lacked the "awe" appeal that even prints of the famous works contain.
