Our art arrived on time and we appreciated the timely reports on its progress. We felt that the packaging was well done. As we lifted the art from the packaging, the top of the frame came off (separated from the remainder of the frame). The art was beautiful. We have asked a skilled woodworker to make a new frame that will compliment the art.
