I am disappointed with ElephantStock’s customer service. I ordered 9 of the 15x15 canvases and one of them didn’t turn out. I reached out to get it replaced and the representative Cynthia said I couldn’t order just one to replace the one that was messed up. This told me I could order a 16x16, but that’s too big. It was very upsetting, because every time I oil at the 47x47 wall hanging I see the error that cannot be fixed.
