I waited to get my order far longer than the 4-6 days quoted on the website. Then when I finally received my order, we were sent a 90x60 frame for our 72x48 canvas. I was asked to return the frame and had to repackage it and take it to FedEx. I still have no update on the frame I'm waiting for. Why hasn't it been shipped? It should be expedited after all of the issues. Very frustrating.
