Quality of the item is great and was delivered in a timely manner
The only issue was that I was unable to track it
When calling Elephant Stock's customer service
I was told to contact Amazon since they were the carrier
The main customer service department had no way to track it since it was not ordered from them
The other number from Amazon was out of service
