This was my first purchase from ElephantStock, and I will consider using them again. A huge step up from one of the giant online superstores. The frame was exceptionally well made and reinforced, and the giclee colors are lovely. Their selection of prints is large, and there are several options for framing. My picture came on time, well packaged, and undamaged. I had a question about my order and emailed them, and it turned out the email came from AI. I know this because they later sent me an email asking me how the AI did. The AI was accurate about some things, but inaccurate about others. I understand and appreciate AI, but a human response would have been appreciated
