Order arrived today. However, the wrong size was sent. I ordered a 38 x 24 set of three and a small 24x13 was sent.
I reached out to customer service and got a voicemail. Next, I submitted a request through the chat to discuss the error. After explaining and providing all of the requested information- I was prompted to submit a request for “exchange” through the refund portal and explain that it should be replaced due to the size error.
However, there is no option for exchange - only refund. I do not want a refund- I want what I paid for. I would like to receive what I paid for without a lot of hassle and headache of jumping through multiple hoops. Mistakes happen. But good customer service should follow YOUR company mistake and should be handled in a professional manner- not having your customer do all of the leg work for your incompetence.
This order was meant for a birthday gift for my husband- I suppose I need to go shopping! Disappointed.
