I ordered my canvas about 4 weeks ago. I had it shipped to my P.O. Box address. I keep tracking my package and it made to CA, however I was contacted by a rep informing me it'll be an additional charge for a P.O. box, so I gave her my physical addresss to send my package to. It's been a week and I received a confirmation that my canvas was delivered.. back to TX. I still have not received my canvas and I disappointed they sent it back to the facilities days after I provided my physical address.
