I was sent the wrong item the first time, not what I ordered. I had to send it back and waited for the correct item to be sent again. Correct item arrived, but the sawtooth hanger was pre-installed on the wrong side, therefore the picture was upside down. I did not want to keep returning and waiting so I fixed it myself. Other than that I love the product.
