Initially I thought my order was going to be delivered sooner but it still came in a VERY REASONABLE amount of time! When I called and emailed elephant stock regarding my concern I received a very prompt & professional response back. I was ok with the explanation & offer and patiently awaited until my item arrived a few days later. And most importantly, my canvas is amazing! I love it! Very satisfied with both customer service and product received! I will definitely be ordering from them again.
