Our painting that we ordered on July 4 did not arrive until August 12, when we opened the package more than one panel was damaged. We contacted customer service the same day, August 12. We submitted pictures and were told that the situation would be investigated. We have heard nothing about this as of today, August 16. This is incredibly disappointing and we are seriously questioning if we would buy from here again. Right now, as soon as we get some type of response, we will most likely return the painting and get something else from another vendor.
