I have been ordering from this shop for years. At first service and stock was great. In the last couple years service has plummeted. They take your order and money for items that are not actually in stock and/ or substitute items in your order without permission. Slow to respond to complaints. Still waiting on refund on expedited shipping, it's been almost 30 days.
