“I am unable to write a review for an item I never received. The customer service experience I had with Elevate Styles has been the worst by far. I informed their team via email that my package appeared tampered with. It was clear that the items I ordered, totaling $120, had been removed at some point, as the package had been opened and re-taped.
Despite sending pictures as evidence, customer service refused to assist me, repeatedly insisting that they shipped the items I ordered. As a long-time customer who has spent hundreds of dollars without any prior issues, I am extremely disappointed. Now, I’ve lost my hard-earned money because my items were stolen, and the company refuses to resolve the matter—even though I purchased shipping protection for lost, stolen, or damaged orders.
I am now in the process of filing a chargeback with my bank and pursuing a claim against this company.”
“Wasn’t happy with the procedure on return sent me the wrong color had to pay shipping to return which was almost $20 and deduct $15 on return didn’t open the package just returned. It might as well brought another wig on the return not happy at all.”

“I am giving Elevate Styles 3 stars because I had to wait almost 2 weeks to get my shipment. I do not understand why it had to take so long, especially when another wig company once got my order to me in a matter of days. Bottom line: order from Elevate Styles when you want a good price and good quality wigs. But only if you don't need them right away.”

However, I was not happy with the communication regarding the shipping of my purchase and I felt like that aspect could be better, as I was concerned that this could be a scam. Other than that, I am satisfied. I would order again but I think communication is needed to retain good customer relationships.”
