“So I ordered a Mane Concept wig, typically ElevateStyles shipped within a couple of days after purchase but for some reason this particular wig didn't even ship, they only went so far to create a shipping number but nothing was moving for days, damn near a week. Coming to find out, they didn't have the wig in their possession to ship and they didn't communicate that until I inquired a week later. If I didn't question anything, they would've keep giving the runaround with my money in their pocket. Everything got resolved, canceled my order, got my money back, and got the wig from another beauty site. This experience left a bad taste in my mouth, and unfortunately after many years of doing business with this company, I've decided this will be my last transaction with them.”
