My last order three were out of stock and the one I ok'd the color you never sent. I'm doing business with others now.

It was the wrong color!! The wrong wig!!And the wrong style!! I will never Order from yall again.Try to Tex!Call! And phone is not right ask you all good questions then . The hang up!!!

The hair shed from day one. It was not the quality I expected given the high cost. Kept for one week It did not transition from curly to straight though the instructions said it would. VERY DISAPPOINTED!

I n person the wig was very thin. I haven't worn it out. I am not sure about their wigs after it too a while to actially ship and receive. I use to order from the. In the past. I wasn't happy. I think this may be it for me.

Costumer support is a bit lacking. My order got cancelled and refunded few days after I asked them when my order would be shipped (they did answer on Friday saying that it would be shipped the following Monday). I was confused as there was no further communication after this brief conversation.

I am unable to write a review for an item I never received. The customer service experience I had with Elevate Styles has been the worst by far. I informed their team via email that my package appeared tampered with. It was clear that the items I ordered, totaling $120, had been removed at some point, as the package had been opened and re-taped.   Despite sending pictures as evidence, customer service refused to assist me, repeatedly insisting that they shipped the items I ordered. As a long-time customer who has spent hundreds of dollars without any prior issues, I am extremely disappointed. Now, I’ve lost my hard-earned money because my items were stolen, and the company refuses to resolve the matter—even though I purchased shipping protection for lost, stolen, or damaged orders.   I am now in the process of filing a chargeback with my bank and pursuing a claim against this company.

I purchased a front lace wig from elevated style. THEY SENt. ME the wrong color. When I sent it back and asked for a refund. They took 10 dollars from the price of the. Wig. I will never order nothing from elevated style again. Plus I had. To pay for shipping twice. For sending it back. They have poor quality wings. Carolyn Williams

I'm looking for a short white blond wig with a right part like Bobbi Boss Karline. They discontinued that style and that was perfect for me. There is nothing close to that in any of their styles. I haven't been able to find anything else since then
