I informed their team via email that my package appeared tampered with. It was clear that the items I ordered, totaling $120, had been removed at some point, as the package had been opened and re-taped.
Despite sending pictures as evidence, customer service refused to assist me, repeatedly insisting that they shipped the items I ordered. As a long-time customer who has spent hundreds of dollars without any prior issues, I am extremely disappointed.
