“Be ware they shipped out 6 units in a thin plastic bag using tape from the EAST Coast to the WEST Coast.
3 of the units packages were damaged in the shipping. 3 of the units were incorrect I wanted #34 but received #43.
The lack of customer appreciation is unbelievable.
I contacted the vendor and they replied with their return policy. The irony. They want a damaged free package but did not use quality packaging shipment.
No apology for poor quality shipment. The lack accountability, The threat that I will be charged 20% more re-stock fee was a shock.
I will be donating the units to a shelter. I rather donate to a cause.

“i have not received my order that i placed more than 2 weeks ago. no tracking website was given to me when i emailed and ask the gave me a GEglobal website that is saying processesing for hours when i try to track my parcel. also i had to download a shop app just to try track my order only for it to say we can't find your tracking number then it said delivered. like really? no one is giving me an answer. where is my order? ????”
“I'm very dissatisfied. I been reacting out for days about a package I never received and you keep doing his telling me it was delivered. It might have been delivered but not to see. The lack of concern is disheartening. I will NEVER purchase from this company ever again. And I reported this company to the BBB.”
“Wish I could give no stars bc that’s what is deserved. My package was marked as delivered but I haven’t received it for whatever reason. Customer service was great up until contacting them about not receiving my package and now they’ve just stopped responding completely. I’m not happy at all and this wig was for my birthday and now I have to figure out something else. I’ve been greatly inconvenienced and I’m not getting any help resolving the issue. I have no desire to order from here ever again. I’ve contacted my post office for invitation but they can’t give me a refund therefore I will be contacting my bank to get my money back Buyer beware!”
“I received a wig in poor condition. I contacted customer service via the chat and did not get a response. I did send the message on day 15 because I was on vacation. Bottom line, check merchandise for quality right away.”
