i have not received my order that i placed more than 2 weeks ago. no tracking website was given to me when i emailed and ask the gave me a GEglobal website that is saying processesing for hours when i try to track my parcel. also i had to download a shop app just to try track my order only for it to say we can't find your tracking number then it said delivered. like really? no one is giving me an answer. where is my order? ????
