“I am unable to write a review for an item I never received. The customer service experience I had with Elevate Styles has been the worst by far. I informed their team via email that my package appeared tampered with. It was clear that the items I ordered, totaling $120, had been removed at some point, as the package had been opened and re-taped.
Despite sending pictures as evidence, customer service refused to assist me, repeatedly insisting that they shipped the items I ordered. As a long-time customer who has spent hundreds of dollars without any prior issues, I am extremely disappointed. Now, I’ve lost my hard-earned money because my items were stolen, and the company refuses to resolve the matter—even though I purchased shipping protection for lost, stolen, or damaged orders.
I am now in the process of filing a chargeback with my bank and pursuing a claim against this company.”
“I purchased a front lace wig from elevated style. THEY SENt. ME the wrong color. When I sent it back and asked for a refund. They took 10 dollars from the price of the. Wig. I will never order nothing from elevated style again. Plus I had. To pay for shipping twice. For sending it back. They have poor quality wings. Carolyn Williams”
“I'm looking for a short white blond wig with a right part like Bobbi Boss Karline. They discontinued that style and that was perfect for me. There is nothing close to that in any of their styles. I haven't been able to find anything else since then”
“I ordered my wigs on the 26/8/2024. At the time of writing this it is 5/10/2024 and I still don't have my wigs. It is so hard to communicate across the world via messenger. There has been no apologies niceties during communication such ie leave it with us, we will follow up and get back to you. Very disappointed”
“My last order with this company was not good. I always order the same type of human hair and I recieved, in my order of 4 packages, the wrong hair. It was track hair and I always order Loose bulk for braiding! When I returned the order at my own expense, I did not get all of the refund, even though the order error was no fault to me. I had to open one of the packages to use it and found out at that time it was incorrect on this company behalf! I am thankful because I found another company with better quality of loose human hair for braiding and you get more in the bundle. Thank you.”

“My order never arrived. I've been messaging them for nearly a month and not once has anyone done anything about the fact that my package never arrived .. ELEVATE STYLES IS A SCAM. they will take your money but not give you your items. Absolutely disgusting service . I will now have to use the charge back service through my bank using all the evidence i hve collected, and I will also report elevate styles to trading standards. Not that it will make any difference to there rubbish service.. my wig and delivery was only £44 thank god I didn't spend more money then that. They have completely robbed me”

“I have been shopping on elevate styles for years. I recently ordered 3 wigs. They sent me a wig in the wrong color (the wig they sent me is blue, pretty big mistake to make) and have not responded to my emails asking for them to correct the mistake by taking back the wrong wig and sending me the one I paid for. I’m very dissatisfied with their lack of customer service and the non-practical changes to their website over the years.”
