My last order with this company was not good. I always order the same type of human hair and I recieved, in my order of 4 packages, the wrong hair. It was track hair and I always order Loose bulk for braiding! When I returned the order at my own expense, I did not get all of the refund, even though the order error was no fault to me. I had to open one of the packages to use it and found out at that time it was incorrect on this company behalf! I am thankful because I found another company with better quality of loose human hair for braiding and you get more in the bundle. Thank you.
