I ordered from the site and it was delivered as promised and on time. I was sent tracking information within 24 hours of placing my order and I received regular updates. The hair felt soft and manageable I just wished the curls were tighter. I was able to go to a local store and get a pack same brand tighter curl. I mixed the two together. Overall not a bad buy
