I recently purchased an item from Elevate Styles and it took 2 weeks for them to ship it and then receive it. After receiving the item, I decided I didn't like it and sent it back. The whole time I was communicating with customer service and they were helpful and answered all my questions. It did take a long time to receive my refund and I didn't even get a full refund which was disappointing.
