The Customer Service was lacking. I received no communication regarding my shipment or any tracking until I inquired about it. Likewise, USP delivered to the wrong house, I emailed and received a response that it had been delivered -- Yes to the WRONG House... so it was obvious my email had not been read. Luckily, my neighbors down the townhouse row... did bring my package to me. I had ordered 4 wigs, 1 I did not like and wanted to return - yet on the return site, it stated it did not qualify for return - yet it had bee 1 day not 14 not 30 - no reason. I emailed to ask why - I got no response.
