Elevatestyles has been there for me like nobody else lately. On the other hand, Outre is hit or miss. This is the 2nd one of these pastel tones that I've bought of their's...and it's not the blonde I thought it would be based on the website. Elevatestyles needs to keep coming thru in these hard times. Just lower shipping a little Boo.
