I was scared to order from here, I believe a few days in after placing my order, I had no update which made me check online more about the company, the reviews had me really scared however I messaged the company and they replied the next day or two stating my item shipping out that day. I received notification later that day but was unable to track, so I emailed again and I got a response with the information I needed. My wig arrived perfectly fine about a week and some days almost 2 weeks, which was fast as I live in the UK. My only feed back is maybe emails or correspondence could be a bit more warmer and reassuring however my experience was pleasant. The wig is soooo beautiful, I am happy with it.
