I do believe you all sent me a bad wig! The color obviously was very beautiful but the texture of the wig was very dry and crunchy. I’m not new to synthetic wigs what so ever and I always go through major reviews on any wig before I purchase. Every review said this wig was on the silkier side and the wig I received was not that. I would’ve returned the wig for sure but there was nowhere near enough time for me to reorder another for the event I needed to attend days after I received the wig
