My package arrived well prepared and I am very happy with my wig as it’s transitioning to winter. However, I was not happy with the communication regarding the shipping of my purchase and I felt like that aspect could be better, as I was concerned that this could be a scam. Other than that, I am satisfied. I would order again but I think communication is needed to retain good customer relationships.
