My products from elevate styles usually arrive with not too much of a weight and are as advertised. Returns a relatively easy. The return policy could be better. 14 days after receipt of product sometimes it isn't enough and there should be exceptions. I contracted COVID and couldn't return my product in time and now I'm stuck with something I cannot use.
