It took well over 2 weeks to arrive, and while customer services were quick to respond when I checked on the progress of the order, it would have been good to have had some kind of status available on the website. I felt like I was chasing a little bit. Perhaps it’s down to a combination of the holiday season and the lockdown restrictions that weren’t helping here. Maybe a little more information up front, such as what’s in stock and estimated delivery times would help. On a positive note, the t-shirt itself is great, fits well and feels quality. I have 2 now, and would buy again. I like Elgin, and the Sunday Service email is a nice touch.
