Tried to return item because fabric was so itchy. They asked for invoice ID, which I did give them , along with pic of packaging and item purchased. They said they couldn’t locate that item. I opened the plastic but did not open bag. Just slid my hand in and felt that the fabric was itchy. $49.00 gone down the drain.
